6^th Grade Supply List 2007-2008

This list is for Math and Communication Arts. Other teachers may have other requirements.

Every day you will need: 

· At least 2 sharpened pencils

· Lined paper (get a good supply- you’ll use it almost everyday)

· Pens (black or blue ink only, other colors are not acceptable for homework)

· Red pen (for corrections)

· 1 two-pocket folder (for math only)

· a dedicated math section in a loose leaf binder

· single-subject spiral or composition notebook for math notes

· Large loose-leaf binder with dividers for comm. arts

· Calculator (simple 4-function calculator with square root function)

· A planner to write assignments and due dates

· your focus and attention (ALWAYS!)

Occasionally you will need:

· colored pencils or markers

· glue stick
