The View From My Window
By Samantha

I see the trees
they look like giants
The snow glittering in the sun
My brother's acting weird
through my window
the sun setting like a big golden ball
purple, red, orange, blue
all these colors mixed together in the sky
the night has come
dark as a hole
I hear the frogs clicking
like a person clicking their tongue

The View out the Bus Window
by Monica

Tall trees
Prickles on a man's beard
in the background
I hear
little children screaming
big kids
acting sorta cool
I look again
I see the river flowing
lots of snow
it turns golden
when the sun shines on it
mountains pointy
so high
so high

My View From My Window
by Megan

When I look out of my window I see cars
old cars. I see trees, I see a
satellite and a garage, I see
a house and tires a dog house
a fort and a dog an a
wood pile and a bird and
clouds and a sun and a bear.
I can see a whole bunch of
things. It is fun looking for
a view through your window.
Where I live it is a beautiful
Place.

View From the Playground
by Cami

A game is played---
out of breath, stop to rest, watch to see
who's coming.
No one comes, no movement from
behind ---
Worry floods the mind:
Why aren't they coming?
Running, Running, snow white views fly
Past
Friends hunched over ---
Crying eyes,
Soon to be dried as story is
told of one who left of injury.
All is OK
As recess ends,
Friends again.
All is safe ---
ALL IS FINE.

The View from the Jungle
By Morgan

In the jungle
I see monkeys
I see trees
I see parrots
I see flowers
I see vines

I see the sun
I can even see me
