A.R.K. Builders Homeschool
A.R.K. (Advancing Righteous Knowledge) Builders is our Christian homeschool Co-op in Libby, Montana. We have classes, organized events, and field trips. In the past two semesters, we have had classes on:
- Watercolor
- Basic Music Theory
- Knot-tying
- Firestarting
- Spanish
- Physical Education
- Sewing
- Public Speaking
Our last field trip was a tour of Cat Tales Zoological Park and a visit to the Green Bluff Growers Apple Festival. We met at the zoo. We had a tour and saw and learned about big and small cats from all corners of the world. Then we caravanned over to the apple festival. We played in the corn maze, petted farm animals, bought pumpkins and lots of produce, and got to see the pumpkin cannon fired!
The co-op is open to any homeschoolers in the area. We have families with children anywhere from toddlers to teenagers. Most of the classes have been directed at the 8-18 years age category, but homeschoolers of all ages are welcome.
